Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and COCORISE LTD ("we", "us", "Vexikey") governing your use of the Vexikey app and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using Vexikey, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Vexikey is an iOS third-party keyboard that offers AI-assisted text rewriting (Polish), AI-generated opening lines (Icebreak), and a basic QWERTY keyboard. Features and content may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Vexikey. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself, and you may not share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & auto-renewal

Vexikey offers three subscription plans:

  • Weekly — USD 5.99 per week, no free trial.
  • Monthly — USD 19.99 per month, 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • Yearly — USD 199.99 per year, 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Prices displayed in the app reflect your local currency and may vary by region. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase or a renewal is confirmed.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not shorten the current paid period.

If you cancel a free trial before it ends, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you subscribe to the same plan before the trial ends.

5. Refunds

Payment is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the text you type and to the AI outputs generated for you. You are responsible for how you use those outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise not fit for your purpose — always review before sending.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vexikey to:

  • Break any law, regulation, or contract.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person.
  • Generate content that infringes intellectual property or promotes hate, violence, or sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, or prompt templates from the app.
  • Abuse the service (e.g. scripted mass requests) or attempt to circumvent rate limits and anti-fraud protections.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Vexikey app, brand, logo, design, prompt templates, and all associated materials are owned by COCORISE LTD and protected by applicable IP laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our intellectual property, other than the limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app as intended.

9. Disclaimers

Vexikey is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI outputs may contain errors — we make no representations about accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COCORISE LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Vexikey. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.

11. Termination

You may stop using Vexikey at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution) will do so.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Vexikey after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
